- Meet and Confer
- Creative Concept
- Production
- Happy Client
We will meet in person, via phone or video conference to discuss needs and ideas. This will give us a sense of the project scope and the form and function you're looking to achieve. We will share some ideas or options, but for the most part, we want to listen to what your needs are. We will also set a budget and parameters to work within so there are no big surprises down the road.
Next, we will come up with a creative concept to outline the project as we see it. We may include some potential design ideas or color schemes to illustrate the project as we understand it. This will serve to sync our visions as we gear up for development.
Once we agree on an aesthetic and the scope, form, and function of the project, we'll prepare and sign a contract with the terms we set out, and production will begin. Depending on the project, delivery times may vary. We do believe in good two-way communication, especially in the event of any delays or challenges that arise. We do understand that visions may change as a project comes together and like to include a buffer of time for the possibility within our original estimate.
It is important to us that the final product reflects your personality and vision. A complete product isn't necessarily a good product if it doesn't "spark joy." Once the product has been delivered, we will still work together to make any tweaks and tie up loose ends. Our goal is to create a product you are satisfied with and can learn to maintain and update on your own.

I had the pleasure of working with Linsey Teppner on a custom installation of a WordPress blog for an online store. The job was complicated, so I did my research and received quotes from several web devs. Linsey was the obvious choice because of her willingness to meet my tight timeframe on short notice, her competitive pricing, and her communicative working style. After the project had completed and the final payment had been made, there were one or two little things that popped up. Linsey took care of those things in timely manner - no questions asked. That shows professionalism, reliability and that she's overall just a solid person to do business with. I'd definitely work with Linsey again - no question about it.
Linsey M. Teppner
Owner
Linsey is self-taught in web development, starting way back in 1995 when she got her first PC. Over time she's learned HTML and some other technical this and that, which became most useful while creating and redesigning her blog, uncouthheathen.com, which she started in May 2007. Linsey is a native of Seattle, where she lives with her wife and two dogs.

Vice President of Snacks and Treats
Augustus Pullo, less formerly known as Gus, was born in Yelm, WA. He is a Pekingese-Chihuahua mix (Pekachu). His strengths include eating treats, hearing wrappers from three rooms away, smelling chicken from outside, peeing on the carpet when it is raining or cold outside, and snuggling.
Bella Carol
Director of Community Relations
Bella came to Seattle via the streets of Mexico, death row in California and a short-term and failed adoption in Oregon before she settled in with her permanent family in Seattle. She enjoys spending her days looking out the window and barking at every dog or human that passes by, developing lasting relationships with our local community, one bark at a time.
